Block Rings: 22/3 yards of dark and medium blue fabrics (108 strips-13/4" x 21") I recommend fat eighth bundles for a nice variety.
Block Backgrounds: 4 yards of light fabric (A-8834-L)
Borders: 2 yards of light fabric (A-8826-L)
Binding: 2/3 yards (A-8831-W)
Backing: 43/4 yards (A-8822-W)
