Domestic Shipping
 
As always, you get $7 flat shipping on all orders up to $99.99! (You liked it. We listened. We kept it!) Plus, once your order is at $100, your shipping is FREE!

Be aware that in some cases, such as an oversized item, we may require an additional shipping cost, and if so, we will contact you.
 Orders over $300 must ship in a box. 
International Shipping
 
Canada
Under $20 can be shipped for $16.
Under $50 can be shipped for $24.
Up to $100 is $28.
Between $100 and $200 is $62.
Between $200 and $250 is $78.
250+ Will Require a Quote

We like to keep international shipping simple at Precuts Quilt Shop & Craft. You can choose from three flat rates, depending on your order size:
  • Orders up to $100—Ship for $36 flat
  • Orders from $100-$199.99—Ship for $72 flat
  • Orders $200 or more—Will be Quoted at BEST VALUE

* International Shipping for Subscription boxes: The price reflected in the subscription doesn't include international shipping, so we will contact you before sending the subscription box out regarding the shipping fee, and the box won't be shipped until the shipping fee has been paid in full, and in most cases, our boxes weight 2-3 pounds and international shipping cost will be $25+
For international only: if you subscribe to any subscription box you and you'll like to place an order on our shop, you would be able to combine your box shipping with an order, so this way is convenient and cheaper for you. *Please contact us at least five (5) days before your box gets shipped.
 
Pre-Order Items: Will apply to our $7.00 Flat Fee Shipping or Free if the pre-order item is over $100 if your order requires an additional shipping fee will send you an invoice once your items are ready to ship.
 
Fair warning.  Larger orders shipped this method often get more scrutiny from some countries, and customs fees are more likely. Again, see notes about the customs below. 
We recommend choosing this option for the assurance it provides, especially for time-sensitive, important, or larger orders.
 
Customs:
 
Any customs, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot control whether a package gets delayed and charged duties and taxes by the customs office in any international country.
All prices are in US dollars. We are not responsible for any exchange rate differences.
 
 
Sales Tax:
 
A sales tax of 10.00% is included for Washington State residents only.
Sales Taxes will be applied to all orders shipped in the state of Washington, including Subscription boxes. *subscription boxes Don't include sale taxes, we'll contact you and send you an invoice with your local sale taxes fee, and the subscription won't be shipped until your tax fees have been paid. 
 
Payment Methods:
 
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. Square powers our point of sale and checkout.  We do not accept checks. We reserve the right to refuse any order. We also reserve the right to perform additional security checks on payment methods in some cases.

Monthly Box Cancelation Policy

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. 

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. (ii) You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by filling out the Subscription Cancelation form, and expressing that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our service. (iii) You Agree to submit a Subscription Cancelation form 15 business days prior to your subscription renewal, otherwise, your subscription will be billed to the current month's charge and the subscription will be terminated after the renewal.

If in our sole judgment, you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof). You agree that you will notify PreCuts Quilt Shop and Craft, LLC, a submit a Subscription Cancelation form 15 business days prior to your membership renewal expressing the termination of your membership.

SECTION 18 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Any Monthly Subscription box, reservation fees, or club fees are Non-Refundable. We don't accept Returns or Exchanges, and in any items on those subscription boxes that are not returnable or refundable. Due to copyright laws, all fabric patterns and books may not be returned. Manufacture subscription programs can't be cancelable or refundable and will be stated in the description of the subscription or program.

If a charge dispute accrues PreCuts Quilt Shop and Craft LLC has the right to recover the disputed shipment or subscription otherwise the customer will be charged for any failed returned package plus any shipping fees and dispute charges fees.

 
Monthly Box Billing Policy
If you signed up signed up between the 1st to the 20th of the month, Your account will be charged on the same day that you signed up each month for as long as you continue your subscription active.

 

If you signed up between the 21st to the 31st of the month, Your recurrent invoice will be generated on the date you subscribe, but your card will be charged between 20 to 28 of the month, and you'll be charged the same day each month for as long as you keep your subscription active.

Returns:
 
The buyer must contact PreCut Quilt Shop & Craft within five (5) days of receipt of the product. The product must be in resalable condition and in its original, unopened packaging. The buyer (customer) is responsible for all costs for returning the product unless the products received were damaged or the wrong product itself.
 
The buyer must request an RMA number from us prior to returning any products. To request an RMA number, please contact us by clicking here. We do not accept returns on fabric that has been custom-cut. No returns will be accepted without the RMA number. PreCut Quilt Shop & Craft must receive the returned product(s) within fourteen (14) days of the buyer receiving the RMA number.
Notice: Any returned items must be in resalable condition and in their original, unopened packaging. Should you have received a damaged or wrong product, please contact us immediately by clicking here.
Any refused or returned to the sender packages are subject to 25% restocking fees. 
 
 
Refunds:
 
Refunds will be issued once the store products are returned to us. A refund for the shipping of store products will not be given. However, refunds on shipping costs and transaction feed for refused or abandoned packages will be at our discretion. All turned items must be in their original condition and packaging and must be free from any smoke or other odors. Custom-cut fabric are not refundable.  Returns that have smoke or other odors on them will not be refundable.
All canceled orders caused by the customer are subject to 5% Cancelation Fees plus any Transaction Fees or penalties which are charged by the credit card payments processing companies and are not refundable to the shop at the time of the order cancelation (Square Up, Paypal, Wix Payments, Stripe).

Damaged Goods
 
Even though most of our products are not susceptible to damage during the shipping process, if you receive damaged items, we will replace them. Just email customer service, and you’ll get a return label to send it back. An identical (when available) replacement item will be sent to the buyer at no additional cost. Sometimes, especially with fabric, an item may no longer be available, in which case we will do our best to replace it with a similar item.
 
Promo Codes, Coupons, and Special Offers:
 
Coupon codes must be applied before checkout. Promo codes can not be combined with other offers, discounts, and promotions. Generally, only one promo code may be used per order. Some exclusions may apply. Each promo code and special offer is valid for a limited time only and expire on the date specified in the offer. Promo codes are subject to product availability. PreCutsquiltshop.com reserves the right to deny fraudulent use of a promotional code.
