Precuts Quilt Shop & Craft gift card is not valid until purchased.

By purchasing the gift card, you are certifying and representing to Missouri Star Quilt Co that the activities in connection with which the gift cards will be used comply with these terms and conditions and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and that the gift card will not be used in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair, or otherwise harmful to PreCuts Quilt Shop & Craft or its customers.

The purchase of gift cards and e-gift cards (elsewhere also called gift certificates) does not count toward any sales threshold we may establish for purposes of triggering our giveaways, whether the giveaway is for free shipping or otherwise.

The redemption of gift cards and e-Gift cards functions like any other payment method in counting toward the sales thresholds we establish for giveaways like free shipping or otherwise.

This card is not a debit or credit card and can only be used with the Precuts Quilt Shop & Craft online and trade show location. No implied warranties attach to the gift card.

Except to the extent where required by law, no portion of the balance of this card is refundable or redeemable for cash.

PreCuts Quilt Shop & Craft is not responsible for any unauthorized use of this card. You agree to defend and indemnify Missouri Star Quilt Co from and against any claims, expenses, or liabilities made against or incurred by any of them in connection with your use of the gift cards or in violation of these terms and conditions.

PreCuts Quilt Shop & Craft reserves the right to deactivate or reject any gift card issued or procured, directly or indirectly, in connection with fraudulent actions, unless prohibited by law.

Once used, this card is linked to the account it is used with and can only be transferred by contacting customer service at 253-341-8149.

To use your E-GIFT card online, apply for the secrete 14 digit number in the Coupon Code space (GC-XXXXXX- XXXXXX) when prompted on the checkout page.

This card is not reloadable.

Lost or stolen gift cards can only be replaced upon presentation of the original sales receipt for any remaining balance. It will be void if the original sales receipt is altered or defaced. PreCuts Quilt Shop & Craft will have no liability to you for lost or stolen gift cards or the use by a third party of your gift card.

IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF THAT GIFT CARD. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. PreCuts Quilt Shop and Craft does not permit the resale of its gift cards without its prior written consent. Gift cards may be used as personal or business gifts, but may not be used in connection with any marketing, advertising or other promotional activities (including without limitation via web sites, internet advertisements, email, telemarketing, direct mail, newspaper and magazine advertisements, and radio and television broadcasts) unless you obtain our prior written approval.

From time to time, you may be awarded with or receive “rewards,” “promotional gift cards”, “credits”, “vouchers”, “Groupons” or similar physical or electronic gift cards (collectively, “Promotional Cards”). As a general matter, these promotional cards shall have the same terms and conditions as the gift cards described here, however, they may be subject to additional restrictions or exemptions as provided on the promotional cards themselves or any packaging or other written materials that accompany such promotional cards or any applicable law.

The laws of the State of Washington, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, apply to these terms and conditions and your use of the gift card.

Any dispute relating in any way to the gift cards shall be adjudicated in any state or federal court in Pierce County, Washington State, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
